With regards to your specific question, I don’t think that anybody will claim one of the products listed on HelloMD will cure CMML cancer, or any other type of cancer. There have been a lot of anecdotal stories of cancer patients realizing benefits of taking cannabis products during their battles with the disease, but no clinical studies showing that taking cannabis is a cure for cancer (as far as I am aware).
