There is no general answer that I can give regarding all cancer medications.
However, cannabis and chemotherapy may cause dehydration and both may lower your blood pressure as a side effect. Specifically low blood pressure below 90/50 for instance, may result in a heart attack. Always make your oncologist aware of your cannabis use.
