Unfortunately, no cannabis product would help prevent the tracheal collapse. However, THC is a well known bronchodilator and should therefore slightly improve oxygenation; CBD will not open the airways at all. Therefore, I would recommend a product with more THC, such as a "standard" edible or 1:1 tincture.
