Using a ratio like 1:1 can be an excellent way to micro-dose, in fact.
I say this because CBD can have the effect of ‘muting’ THC; softening it’s effect a bit. So as micro-dosing – for me at least – is really about finding the smaller, measured dose that delivers a milder but effective result – having a little CBD can help you find it.
