Hello! I’m very sorry to hear that you never received your recommendation in the mail. Typically, the recommendation should arrive in the mail within 3-5 business days.
If you already spoke with a doctor and have been approved, you can send our Customer Service team a message on the live chat feature. We’ll just need to confirm your mailing address so we can send it out again.
If you have not had your consultation with the doctor, you will need to complete your video consultation to see if you will be approved. Once approved, it will take 3-5 business days to receive the plastic ID card and embossed letter in the mail.
