Did you download the Zoom app? You will need it in order to have your video consultation. If not, you can download it here: https://zoom.us/support/download
After registration please click on the CA or NY option from the top of our website.
Click on the "Start a Meeting" button. The camera on your device will open and you should see yourself on screen. Remain in the meeting, and within a few minutes someone will join you in your meeting to greet you.
Do NOT sign into Zoom or join a meeting directly from the Zoom app. Make sure to return to the screen as pictured above to start your meeting.
