Hi there!
In order to access your recommendation and your notes from your doctor, please make sure you are signed into your HelloMD account. Once you are signed in, please click "View Medical Card" and you will be redirected to your Medical Dashboard, which will have your notes from your doctor. You will also see a blue box that reads "Your Medical Recommendation" . Please click that blue box and you will be able to view the digital copy of your recommendation. You can use this in the meantime while you wait for the hard copy to arrive in the mail. To get started, you can sign in here: https://medical.hellomd.com/signin
