I am not sure what I can do for you, but I can give you some advice on what to do for yourself. We started HelloMD because I suffered from pain, migraines and some other issues. After trying cannabis I found I was relatively pain free. Everyone is different so what works for me, may not work for you. My solution has been a daily regime of high CBD to THC tinctures. I typically ingest a 20:1 tincture a few times a day as well as a 4:1 tincture. CBD is an anti inflammatory and an analgesic among other fantastic properties. Small amounts of THC also help with pain. Vaping a high CBD pen of 1:1, 2:1 or 3:1 also helps. If I can not sleep I micro dose THC in small doses – typically under 5mg. All of these things together have helped me. I am not a doctor and can only say what has worked for me. I hope this helps!
