It sounds like you may be suffering from an overall endocannabinoid deficiency. I would start with a 4:1 CBD/THC tincture 2x-3x a day along with some edibles to help you sleep at night. I would also start taking 2mg of Omega 3s and reduce your consumption of processed foods.
Taking 30 minute walks and doing some type of meditation also can help. Hope this helps.
