I just went through this process for my husband. He had already been registered under another practioner

"and it was a nightmare. The state specialist told me you do not have to start the patient over as a new patient– you can go off the current registration and change the practioner. You do not have to go through all the registration again. I am going to chane my Aunt over also and I do not want to go trough that again. I am a caregiver for both. Please look into this and advise.. The state specialist also said that alot of programs are starting an already established patient over again and it is not the correct way to do it. Please advise, thanks"
