I type constantly for my job and it is starting to cause me a lot of pain.

I have had bouts of carpal tunnel and tendonitis over the past 15 years. The most effective treatment I have found is to obviously reduce repetitive stress or decrease activity that you may do in addition to the typing that can tip the scales in the wrong direction. Obviously having a good setup for your work station is important too as is posture.

With cannabis, I use a high ration CBD tincture that is 20:1 which helps in reducing inflammation throughout the body, which is helpful for me. I also use topical cannabis creams on my forearms and wrists which seems to help.
