When you receive your recommendation with HelloMD, we will happily send you another copy of your lost or damaged embossed recommendation and photo ID card, free of charge! In the mean time, you will have access to the digital copy of your recommendation that you can download and print out for immediate use. You can find that under the Medical Case link of your HelloMD account. To have another copy of your recommendation sent to you in the mail, please use our Chat feature (the bubble located in the bottom corner of our website) to speak with a Customer Service Representative for further assistance!
