It depends on what you are trying to accomplish. Animal studies have shown that best results for tumor regression were with combination TMZ and cannabis. We have seen a couple of adult patients with gliomas and glioblastomas respond to microdoses of tinctures with THC, THCA,CBD, and CBDA (1-2mg under the tongue 4 times daily). They were being treated for adverse effects from chemo and the tumor melted. But we don’t know why the patients who responded did, and others did not. I have one pediatric patient who is now on that regimen and so far, he is doing well but we are awaiting follow up scans to see if there has been any tumor regression.
