My husband is a stroke survivor on coumadin. Will cannabis help him manage his pain?

I am not sure if edible cannabis or smoking it affects blood clotting? However, the topical cannabis/CBD ointments and lotions are not absorbed into the blood stream the same way. Ask the hematologist and neurologist, if he can try the topical cannabis for pain, and to monitor his PT/PTT and blood clotting labs. Best of luck.
