What amount/dosage and strain(s) could one take as a "vitamin" daily?

Taking a 'microdose' of the psychoactive cannabinoid THC would be an effective way to get some of the medicinal benefits from marijuana without the associated 'high'. I would recommend no more than 2 mg of activated THC as an effective 'vitamin supplement'. For other cannabinoids that are non-psychoactive, such as THC-A and CBD, this amount could be increased considerably. Getting very consistently dosed medicinal products would be key to this medication strategy!
