Hello! For rosacea, I recommend to use a topical CBD product on the affected areas once a day. CBD should help decrease inflammation of the area. As you are probably aware, rosacea can be difficult to treat and as such I also recommend to be aware of lifestyle factors that worsen the condition. Any foods, beverages, or activity that increase heat to the area should be avoided. Top offenders are sun exposure, alcohol, caffeine, spicy foods, stress/anxiety, saunas, and hot tubs. Best of luck!
