This is highly dependent on who is using it and why. This is a high ratio CBD to THC product. Personally, I take this ratio every day as it helps prevent my migraines. Many people choose to take this ratio as it is non psychoactive and CBD is non to reduce anxiety, help some people sleep (not everyone though), reduce inflammation and is an analgesic.
