I would suggest a tincture that is an Indica strain to help with sleep and staying asleep. Also, something a bit stronger, RSO oil is concentrated and in a very small dose can do the same.
With tinctures, you can start off with a very low dose and slowly increase until you get the desired effect. Smoking or vaping helps with falling asleep but is more short term in my opinion.
