No it will not. There are many cannabis products that have no inebreating effects at all. Look for products that are low in THC, high in CBD, or THCa. The latter two cannabiniods will not make you high, but still possess the healing effects of cannabis.
Not all of them.
There are a number of other cannabinoids that aren't considered to be psychoactive. Keep in mind though that cannabis will work differently for each person because everyone's biochemistry is unique--there are also other factors to consider such as how long you've been using cannabis, whether the product you consume is properly dosed, and how much and what you've eaten/imbibed that will affect whether you get high. I have friends who are extremely sensitive to THC and even a "low" dose such as 2.5-5 mg would make them high. Meanwhile, I know others who can tolerate 10-15 times that amount with seemingly no high.
