Recreational cannabis is legal for adults 21+; medical cannabis is legal for adults 18+ and minors with a caregiver.

Medical Documents Requirements

Patients with qualifying medical conditions can get a registry ID card from the Delaware’s Medical Marijuana Program if they have written certification from a healthcare provider, if they’ve completed the application and provide proof of residency and identity.

Possession Limits

recreational cannabis users are permitted to possess up to one ounce. Registered patients are permitted to purchase three ounces of cannabis every 14 days.
