Legalization Status
Recreational and medical cannabis are legal for adults 21+. (Medical cannabis is permitted for minors who obtain a Physician Statement for Minors form.)
Medical Documents Requirements
Patients qualifying for a medical card must have a physician’s recommendation signed by a licenced doctor within 60 days of application submission.
Possession Limits
Adults are permitted to possess and use up to 1 ounce. Registered patients can purchase up to 1 ounce of flower each day and up to five ounces of flower per month.
Home Growing Limitations
Adults can grow up to two mature cannabis plants and two seedlings for private use. Medical marijuana cardholders can grow up to four mature plants and four seedlings.
