To participate in the Therapeutic Cannabis Program and receive a cannabis registry card, qualifying patients must fill out a patient application, receive written certification from a healthcare provider and pay the fee.

Possession Limits

Qualifying patients participating in the Therapeutic Cannabis Program can possess up to 2 ounces.
