Is Weed Legal in Ohio?

Legalization Status
Recreational cannabis is currently illegal. Medical cannabis is legal for adult patients 18+ and minors with a caregiver.
Medical Documents Requirements
Written certification of a qualifying medical condition by a healthcare provider is necessary, as well as a filled-out application and fee. Patients can also get their medical card from https://www.hellomd.com/medical-cards/.
Possession Limits
Patients are permitted to possess up to a 90-day supply of cannabis at a time. The amount is based on the type used, including up to 8 ounces of tier 1 medical cannabis (23% THC or less).
Home Growing Limitations
Home growing is not currently permitted.
