Recreational cannabis is currently illegal. Medical cannabis is legal for adult patients 18+ and minors with a caregiver.

Medical Documents Requirements

ID cards for Oklahoma’s medical cannabis program can be obtained by submitting the required documentation (including proof of residency and identity), as well as the Adult Patient Physician Recommendation Form within 30 days of application submission.

Possession Limits

Licensed patients can possess up to 3 ounces of cannabis at one time. They are also permitted to have 1 ounce of concentrated cannabis; 8 ounces of cannabis (at home); and 72 ounces of edible and topical cannabis.

Home Growing Limitations

Registered patients are permitted to grow 6 mature plants and 6 seedling plants on their own properties.
