How do I renew my subscription

Thank you for coming back to us!

Please login to the account you received it on and click on "Medical Card" at the top right of the page.

There will be a "Your Recommendation needs to be renewed…" notice at the top of the page.

If you are on a mobile browser, tap on the three horizontal dots at the top left and choose "Medical Card" from the menu box.

If you are unsure which email address you used, please send us a copy of your drivers license or passport (for security purposes) to: Support@HelloMD.com and we can look up the email address affiliated with your HelloMD account.  We will send you a short confirmation message once it has been received.

However, please keep in mind that depending on your location, you may be in an area where adult recreational cannabis sales have begun. You can use the HelloMD live chat feature if you need help determining if you still need to renew.
