Any CBD:THC ratio > 14:1 helps with anxiety. We often recommend a CBD:THC ratio of 20:1 every 20 mins during a panic attack and every 3-6 hours as needed for anxiety. This ratio does not make you "high" as the 4:1 that you are using can. To tell you further information, I recommend a CBD:THC ratio of 4:1 for pain, sleep or nausea, not anxiety as higher THC products as the one you are taking can increase anxiety in some people. I take about 30-40mg of 20:1 tincture everyday and it definitely has calmed my nerves over the years. I used to get anxiety attacks and now I never do anymore. Also, you may want to consider trying gel caps as sometimes the way you metabolize can alter the affect. Last, CBD can help in the moment, but taking it consistently over a longer period is what helped resolve my issues. I hope this helps–I am not a doctor btw!
