Cannabis can be effective for anxiety. I would start with a whole plant, full spectrum CBD rich tincture that also contains some THC. Maybe start with a 5:1 ratio of CBD:THC. Take about 10 milligrams and wait for 30 minutes. Take another 10 milligrams each 30 minutes as needed. For more immediate effects I would inhale cannabis by vaping or smoking. Start with one small puff and wait for 15 minutes and then repeat as needed. Consult with the doctor who perscribed your anxiety medications before you wean yourself.
