I have severe insomnia, on antidepressant but not helping. Please advise!


Have you tried varying what time you take your antidepressant medicine? Try taking your anti-depressants in the morning instead of the evening for example, or visa versa. Also, Cannabis helps some people with depression, and a strong indica strain could help with insomnia.
