I keep trying to complete my registration to talk to an MD to see if I can get a perscription but I never get the e-mail to activate my account. I have also checked my spam folder.

I am sorry you are having trouble. There is chat icon on the bottom right of the HelloMD website that you can use to connect with a customer service representative. Customer service is available between 10 am to 7 pm PT, and will usually responds within a few minutes. You can leave a message outside of those hours, and they will get back to you as soon as possible on the next business day. Alternatively, you can email them at support@hellomd.com.
