I tried booking an appointment but it is asking me to pay 19$. I thought consultations were only supposed to cost 10$? Also, does anyone know what provinces in Canada HelloMD services?

I’m afraid the consultation fee was previously $10 but it was recently increased to $19. I apologize for the confusion. If you have questions or concerns regarding the payment process, please contact our customer service team at: support@hellomd.com.

HelloMD is currently offering consultations for all provinces of Canada with the exception of Alberta. We hope to expand to Alberta in the future.
