I have never heard of taking CBD resin for sleep. That does not mean people do not do it, but it’s certainly more unusual. Typically people use varying doses of THC to sleep, in the form of an edible or vaping, for instance. For some people, CBD does do the trick, but i have equally heard of people not being able to sleep on CBD. It really depends upon you and what works best. If you have not tried THC, I might suggest a low micro dose of an edible. I take under 5mg and it helps me. With CBD, it would depend on the product, but in my experience a capsule or edible will make me very relaxed whereas a tincture does not. I am not a doctor and this is only my personal experience!
