Recreational cannabis is legal for adults 21+; medical cannabis is legal for adults 18+ and minors with a caregiver.
Medical Documents Requirements
Qualifying patients must be certified by a healthcare provider and apply through the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services. Patients can also get their medical card from https://www.hellomd.com/medical-cards/
Possession Limits
Possession of 3 ounces of cannabis is permitted.
Home Growing Limitations
Residents need an approved consumer personal cultivation identification card. The Department of Health and Senior Services is accepting applications for personal consumer cultivation from adults 21 and older for authorization to grow cannabis plants for personal use.
