Can you recommend an edible aid for insomnia. I have asthma and would prefer not to inhale/smoke a product.

Personally, I love drinking Kikoko’s Tranquili-tea. This is an easy addition if you already enjoy a cup of tea before going to sleep. Tranquili-tea is also made with chamomile and lavender, which can diguise any cannabis taste. I like to have a cup of tea with a splash of honey about 30-60 minutes before bedtime.

I also enjoy Kiva Blueberry Terra Bites! I have a high tolerance of THC, so I can have a one or two of blueberries if I want to relax, but I am not quite ready for bed.
