I don't understand!!!

"I desperately wanna get better, I notified thru emails that I already have the dr certification, I don’t understand why I can’t get anyone to give me a phone # or call me, as I previously said I am in chronic pain 24/7, I just wanna get better and hopefully become a customer, I have been trying for weeks, I am stating to become Leary of a company that don’t wanna help a sick person, please tell me what to do this is very frustrating, I could of been on a road to recovery already.."
