It would make sense that inhaling a vaporized extract of cannabis would be beneficial for lung cancer. Cannabis helps to prevent the growth of cancer cells, helps prevent metastasis and angio-genesis and inhaling cannabis would put those cancer fighting substances in direct contact with the cancer cells. A google search of "cannabis inhaler" turns up several asthma like inhalers.
