Cannabis, especially Cannabidiol (CBD) is known for it’s anti-inflammatory and increasing immune function properties. Most thyroid disease is related to either Graves disease (high thyroid) or Hashimotos (low thyroid) which causes antibodies to attack ones’ own body causing chronic inflammation. Therefore a high CBD tincture in a ratio of >20:1 used twice daily is helpful.
