Hello! For insomnia I recommend to use an indica dominant strain of cannabis for a sedating effect. If you have difficulty falling asleep you might want to try a vapor inhaled indica strain 5-15 minutes before bedtime. If you have difficulty maintaining sleep, I’d recommend to try a low dose of an edible form of indica at bedtime. If you wake up with grogginess from the cannabis, decrease your dose. Of course, also try to improve your sleep hygiene by ensuring the room is dark and cool, decreasing caffeine and stimulant intake, shutting off electronic devices 1-2 hours before bed, getting adequate exercise, and decreasing stress.
