Decarboxylated cannabis is cannabis that has not been heated(flower) so the product is containing THCA which doesn’t p There’s a leafly article (https://www.leafly.com/news/cannabis-101/what-is-decarboxylation) to better explain it, far better than I can really explain it. Hope this helps
