If I am out of your delivery area does that mean I cannot buy products from you?

Unfortunately this is correct! As of July 2018, our delivery service is currently available in San Francisco and parts of the East Bay including Oakland, Piedmont, Emeryville, Berkeley, Alameda, San Leandro and Hayward. We have plans to expand our service in the future but at this time, you must be located within our delivery area to purchase products.

However, please feel free to use our Live Chat feature, located in the bottom corner of our website. You can use that to get in touch with the Customer Service team. We will be able to assist you with finding the products you are looking for.
