You should be able to achieve relief with a CBD dominant topical cream applied to your low back and legs especially before bedtime but you may want to apply it more frequently for a few days to reduce any inflammation from exercise. Are you eating enough fresh, raw organic greens and getting early morning sunshine while staying well hydrated?
